Certified speaking Professional(CSP)
Pete is honored to have received the designation of Certified Speaking Professional (CSP™) which is conferred by the National Speakers Association (NSA). The CSP designation is the speaking profession’s highest earned international measure of professional platform competence. Those earning the CSP are the best of the best, committed to the profession with a top-notch speaking ability and a track record of professionalism and success.
Less than 12 percent of the 5,000+ speakers worldwide, who belong to the 14 member associations of the Global Speakers Federation (GSF), currently hold this professional designation.
The CSP designation is earned by mastering the four professional competencies adopted by the NSA Board of Directors:
Eloquence – The art of speaking and the use of powerful and persuasive presentations.
Expertise – Knowledge, skills and experience in a specific area.
Enterprise – The purposeful undertaking of a successful speaking business venture.
Ethics – The standards governing the conduct of those in the speaking profession.
Certified Facilitator of Training (CFT)
Pete is honored to have received the designation of Certified Facilitator of Training (CFT).
This certification was developed in response to the need for competent facilitators. Facilitation is the discipline of presenting instructional content and executing learning tactics, while effectively engaging learners and managing group dynamics so attention is on comprehending, retaining, and mastering skills.
This certification is endorsed by Training magazine and the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) and is awarded by Hale Associates through the Center for International Credentials, LLC (CIC). It is administered in Africa and the Middle East by the International Certifications Centre.
